Santarém Tournament

On January 10th and 11th, Santarém was much more than a competitive venue — it became a meeting point for people, passion, and sportsmanship. The PTPICKLE Pickleball Tournament once again showed that this sport is growing not only in numbers, but above all as a community.

It was two intense days of hard-fought matches, exemplary fair play, strong support among athletes, and a contagious energy both on and off the courts. Every point played reflected hours of training, dedication, and, above all, a love for pickleball.

👏 Thank you to all the athletes who put on a great show, to the referees and volunteers who made everything possible, and to the Clube Ténis Santarém organizing team for their hospitality and professionalism. A special thank you to the spectators who attended and turned the venue into a true celebration of sport.

This tournament was another solid step in the growth of pickleball in Portugal — and Santarém will undoubtedly remain part of our history.
