VOLA Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1 – Can I register on the Vola app from my desktop and not from my mobile phone?
No. Player registration is done exclusively through the mobile app.

2 – I can’t find the app in the Play Store or the App Store.
If the app doesn’t appear when searching with the word “vola”, try searching with “vola padel”.

3 – When I register in the app, I can only choose between Padel and Tennis. I don’t see Pickleball as an option?
Yes. This is an improvement that will be introduced in the app. For now, it doesn’t matter if you choose Padel or Tennis. Afterwards, go to your personal profile (icon in the upper right corner), click on the avatar, and change the sport to Pickleball.

4 – I don’t yet have a partner to play with, but I’d like to register already. Is that possible?
No. Registration in doubles categories requires your partner to already be registered in the app, and in order to proceed you must identify your partner.

5 – Are there discounts for PTPICKLE members?
Yes. There is a €5 discount in all categories where you register. If you are members, in step 4 of the registration you must select the option “NP” (or member) for the players who are indeed members, and you will get the discount.
